The expression and purification of membrane proteins suitable for drug discovery programs often presents a challenge. During this webinar, we will present and discuss our capabilities to produce assay-ready and structural biology grade membrane proteins in both detergent and polymer nanodiscs. Case studies will include a small molecule GPCR fragment screen using biophysical methods and a 3.0 Å, agonist bound structure of an ion channel using Cryo-EM.
